You’re here because you want something different, something more. We can help with that. As Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) we have the training to treat the whole person. We are specialists in seeing you, your relationships, your roles and connections, and how all those things influence you and your life.

We are also experts in getting results. We help you identify where you want to make change and give you the tools to see it through.

You can feel better sooner than you think. It does not take years to find hope, but it does take intentional effort directed by a caring guide.

How We’re Different

You may have tried therapy before and felt like it “wasn’t for you” because it seemed like there was a lot of listening, but not much change. Maybe the therapist didn’t address the reason you came into therapy, or maybe you never really talked about goals. Or, maybe worst of all, maybe nothing really happened.

That won’t be the case here. Our clients really, really want a change, and we get right to it. Your time is valuable and we jump right into the reason why you came, and make as much progress as we can, as quickly as we can, while acknowledge that it takes as much time as it takes. We believe both the therapist and the client(s) are active participants in treatment, and are united in a very important and shared goal—your success, whatever that looks like for you.

As Marriage and Family Therapists, we are trained to help you engage in every area of your life in meaningful, healthy ways. It’s about way more than “retraining your brain”—we want you to have satisfying relationships with those you love, intimate and positive connections with your daily experiences, and ultimately to be able to live the life that you want in a fulfilling and functional way.
